FACILITATION SERVICE

This is a strategic facilitation meeting and or retreat. IAL brings outside perspectives and sees things more as they are free from internal ‘biased’ thinking. IAL supports developing a well-designed agenda to keep meetings and/or retreat on track.

This service can also support developing content for retreat meetings.

This is for organizations, agencies, state departments, executives, board members, staff, and many more.

This service uses IAL’s approach on internal and external works as IAL emerges in the facilitation sessions.
