I believe leadership is about more than achieving results; it's about how we show up for ourselves, our teams, and the people we serve.

My career spans more than 30 years across corporate, nonprofit, executive leadership, governance, and consulting. Having worked with organizations locally, nationally, and internationally, these experiences have given me a broad perspective on leadership across different organizations, cultures, and sectors. Today, I partner with leaders to navigate change, strengthen relationships, and build healthy workplace cultures.

I believe lasting organizational change begins with personal growth. When leaders deepen their self-awareness, lead with integrity, and stay aligned with their values, they create stronger teams, healthier organizations, and more meaningful impact.

Whether I'm coaching an executive, facilitating a board retreat, or working with a leadership team, my goal is always the same, to create a space where people can think more clearly, communicate more openly, and lead with greater confidence, integrity, and alignment.
