Founded by Tiffany S. Williams, IAL brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership and governance experience, combined with expertise in executive coaching, facilitation, and organizational consulting. Through thoughtful partnership and practical strategies, IAL helps leaders build trust, strengthen communication, and create workplaces where people and organizations thrive.
