Lexington School and Center for the Deaf began the academic year with our first-ever two-day Administrative Leadership Retreat.

Ms. Williams thoughtfully guided our leaders through meaningful and at times difficult but necessary conversations, creating a safe and supportive environment where people felt heard, respected, and comfortable sharing their perspectives. Staff especially appreciated her ability to facilitate and present directly in American Sign Language, creating an experience that felt authentic, culturally connected, and fully accessible to our Deaf-centered community.

We left the retreat with renewed energy, stronger relationships, practical strategies, and a shared sense of purpose and responsibility for Lexington’s future.
